Engineering study of 7 storage reservoirs of the oil products in the Lavan Oil Refinery CompanyStart date of the project: 17/October/2018
Lavan Oil Refinery Company wanted to construct new seven storage reservoirs, in order to increase the capacity of the storage of the oil product. Lavan Oil Refinery Company awarded the conceptual studies of this project to Tadvin Tosehe Paydar Engineering Company.
Engineering services in this project are listed as follow:
Locating the new reservoirs, fence at the north east side of Lavan Refinery.
• Designing the reservoirs.
• Designing the new pumping station.
• Designing the fire-fighting system into refinery site.
• Designing associated electrical and instrument.
• Providing MTO documents, Tender documents.
Developing the fire-fighting system in the oil reservoirs of Ilam, sanandaj, Baneh, Myandoab, khooy, Pars Abad, Ghazvin, Rasht, Chaloos and catodic protection of the oil tank in the Rasht by EPC methodStart date of the project: 2016/ January/ 20
National Iranian Oil Product Distribution Company wanted defined a new project in order to developing and modifying the fire-fighting system of 9 city in the west and north side of Iran. After holding the tender, this project rewarded to Satat Sazeh Samin and Tadvin Tosehe Paydar companies. The tasks of this project in each city are expressed as follow:
• Designing pumping station in different dimensions in each city
• Designing fire-fighting pooling in different dimensions in each city
• Designing fire-fighting pipeline in different dimensions in each city
• Designing Official building in different dimensions in each city
• Designing cathodic protection system in each city
• Consulting for the facilities and equipment purchase
• Initiation of the associated facilities
Construction of a 16-inch pipeline for transmission of oil products, sea loading arms and marginal facilities on the port by EPC method.Start date of the project: 31/August/2013
The National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company gives the project of Construction of a 16-inch pipeline for transmission of oil products from Fajr Boushehr jetty to the Bushehr oil storage and its marginal facilities by the EPC method to Tadvin Tosehe Paydar engineering Company. The engineering and Site activities in this project are described in two parts:
a): 16 inches pipeline
The distance between Fajr Bushehr jetty to the Bushehr oil storage is 5 Klm approximately. The pipeline in this project is crossing into the Bushehr city. The goal of constructing of this pipeline is to transmit the white oil and gasoline to oil storage that unloaded in the Fajr Bushehr jetty by vessels.
b): Project facilities and equipment
The facilities and equipment that should be prepared and installed are 1- two loading arm by 12 inches diameter, 2- five Mitering system by 8 inches diameter, 3- one reservoir by 30 m3 capacity to collect the drains, 4- Control building to install the power equipment in 120 m2, 5- the total package of the injection system of the anticorrosion material, 6- the facilities for protection of pipeline corrosion, 7- other required mechanical and power tools.
Construction of Oil Products Transport Pipelines and Facilities from Refinery to Dual Purposed Jetty and Airport in Lavan IslandStart date of the project: 2010/ November/ 7
National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company awarded the Construction of Oil Products Transport Pipelines and Facilities from Refinery to Dual Purposed Jetty and Airport project in Lavan Island to the Tadvin Tosehe Paydar and Pars Eskeleh consortium. Scope of work in this project was as follow:
-design and construction of one 8 inches gasoline pipeline from existing pump station to dual purpose jetty
-design and construction of one 8 inches diesel pipeline from the new pump station near the recently constructed storage tanks to the dual purpose jetty
-Construction of one 8 inches ATK transport pipeline from the new pump station near the recently constructed storage tanks to the dual purpose jetty
-Construction of one 4 inches ATK transport pipeline from the new pump station near the recently constructed storage tanks to refueling station at Lavan
airport TTP engineering company responsibilities in this project are as follow:
-Providing technical documents and drawings in both basic and detail design phases
-Providing procurement engineering and supervision services to the contractor in construction stage
-Preparation of as built documents.
Construction of Two External Floating Roof Tanks for Maroon 1 & 3 Pump StationsStart date of the project: 2007/ June/ 13
Iranian oil Pipeline and Telecommunication Company in order to increase the capacity of strategic petroleum reservoirs and their balance, decided to define some projects in the Maroun 1 and 3 pump houses to increase the capacity of them by 120’000 cubic meters.
Tehran Persia company won the project in tender. project works Description was design, procurement and construction of a floating roof tank with the capacity of 84’000 cubic meters at the Maroon1 Pump station (Omidiyeh Khuzestan region) and a floating roof tank with the capacity of 40’000 cubic at the Maroon 3 Pump station (Baghmalek Khuzestan region) as well as related facilities such as: piping, electrical and other disciplines. The volume of projects embankment and excavation respectively was 40’000 and 70’000 cubic meters and the volume of concrete work was about 700 cubic meters. Also around 2500 tons of equipment was purchased for the project.
Responsibility of TTP Engineering group at this project was endorse the basic documents and preparation of technical documents and drawings for the detail design phases and providing procurement engineering services and also technical consulting at the construction phase of the project.
